1 What Aluna is

Aluna is a mobile app that offers astrology, tarot and personal awareness content. Starting from your birth details it calculates your birth chart, produces daily and weekly readings, offers tarot spreads and provides AI-assisted advisor conversations.

2 Age requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use Aluna. If you are under 18, you may use the app and its paid content only with the consent of a parent or guardian. If we find that you do not meet the age requirement, your account may be closed.

3 Your account

• You can use the app without creating an account; signing in with Google is optional.
• When you sign in, your data is tied to your account and comes back when you change device.
• Entering correct birth details is your responsibility; the accuracy of the readings depends on it.
• You are responsible for the security of your account and for the activity carried out with it.

4 Paid content

Premium subscription

A Premium subscription gives access to locked content and a regular gift of star credits. Current prices and subscription periods are shown on the purchase screen and on Google Play.

• Unless cancelled, the subscription renews automatically at the end of the period.
• Payment is charged to your Google Play account; the charge is taken before renewal.
• You cancel from your Google Play account: Play Store, profile, Payments and subscriptions.
• Cancelling keeps your access until the end of the period you have paid for; the remaining time is not refunded.
• If a free trial is offered and you do not cancel before it ends, the subscription starts.

Star credits

Star credits are spent on one-off content such as tarot spreads, deep spreads, advisor messages and sessions. Credits are a consumable digital product.

• Credits have no cash value, cannot be converted into money and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
• A credit spent on a piece of content cannot be taken back once the content has been produced.
• If content cannot be produced because of a technical fault, your credit is not deducted; if it was deducted, it is restored.
• If you delete your account, your unused credits are cancelled and are not refunded.

Refunds

Purchases are made through Google Play; refund requests are subject to Google Play's refund policy and are made through Play. This does not affect the rights you have under consumer legislation.

5 AI-generated content

Part of the readings and the advisor answers are generated by artificial intelligence. AI can be wrong and can produce incomplete or inconsistent text. The advisor characters are fictional and are not real people; they are not a substitute for a professional astrologer, therapist or counsellor. Please evaluate the content we produce with this in mind.

6 What you must not do

• Reverse-engineer, copy or distribute the app without permission
• Try to access paid content without paying, or attempt to circumvent the credit or subscription mechanisms
• Place excessive load on our servers with automated tools
• Use someone else's account or birth details without their permission
• Use the app for an unlawful purpose or to harm someone else

7 Intellectual property

Aluna's name, logo, design, texts, images and software belong to us or are licensed to us. Beyond personal use, you may not reproduce them or use them commercially. You may use and share the personal readings the app produces for you.

8 Continuity of the service

We try to provide the app without interruption and without faults, but we cannot guarantee it. Maintenance, updates, third-party service outages or technical faults may cause temporary interruptions. We reserve the right to change, add or remove features; if we remove a paid feature, we will try to give notice in advance.

9 Closing your account

You can close your account at any time, see Account & Data Deletion. If you seriously breach these terms we may suspend or close your account; in that case your unused credits are cancelled.

10 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When there is a significant change we will notify you inside the app or by email. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms. The effective date is written at the top of this page.

11 Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes. The rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract are not affected by this provision.
